La Soif du Mal Rouge is a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre grown on granitic soils, done half in tank and half in barrels. The grapes undergo carbonic maceration, giving it a light and bright profile that does well with a chill. Nice cherry fruit over hints of earth with great acidity make it a delicious and easygoing wine that doesn't need much thought to be enjoyed.
