This wine is from one of the estate's Novello crus, Cerviano Merli, exposed to the south. Aged for 38 months in Slavonian oak. Hefty and bold with rich, dense fruit, cocoa, smoke, tar, clove and menthol. This is starting to enter its drinking window, but will age for many years to come.
