This is 100% Pinot Noir, macerated 14 days before aging 10 months in barriques. While light in body there's still plenty of substance here, with dark cherry fruit and crunchy tannins that match the soaring acidity. It's linear and upright and opens up beautifully, even on day two showing rock solid structure with some added layers of wild berry fruit and a mineral undertone. Serve slightly cool alongside any variety of grilled summer fare, seafood included!
