Ruth Lewandowski 2023 Elimelech Riesling

Elimelech is 100% Riesling taken from the historic Cole Ranch, the smallest designated AVA in the U.S. at just under 200 acres and only 55 planted to vines, which go back to the 1970s. It's a unique expression of Riesling that still feels varietally correct, with hints of petrol, subtle floral aromatics and delicate citrus fruit. The limestone soils give it an open and elegant quality with great texture and balance, suitable for drinking now but likely to gain in complexity over time.
