Creve Coeur 2023 Seguret Pachamama

The  2023 "Pachamama" from Pablo Hocht is a vibrant and elegant Seguret from Grenache and Syrah vines on an east-facing slope of limestone marl. The wine shows a bright red/black color with very pretty blackberry/blueberry fruit, very fresh and pure. The palate is elegant, deep and supple with ripe black fruits with hints of earth and licorice balanced by bright acidity with a mouth-watering finish. Beautiful wine - serve this with grilled foods, slightly chilled and cellaring of 5 to 10 years will be very interesting.
