Jean-Claude Rateau's new Hautes-Côtes de Beaune cuvée "En Bignon" comes from a beautiful 1 hectare single vineyard. The wine shows sapid and floral red fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry and violet beautifully ripe but bright and fresh.
