For the 2025 vintage, the Grolleau comes from Garnier's friend Sébastien Dervieux (aka Babass), and lends a delicious, very pure red fruit profile, almost like the best preserves you could eat in the Loire Valley were transformed into a yummy wine. 10.5% abv... you might as well be drinking fruit juice, and you might think you are!
