Berry-Althoff 2025 Vin de France Meridional

Meridional is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Vermentino, done one-third in barrel and two-thirds in tank. The grapes come from several parcels in Saint-Mamert-du-Gard, all planted on yellow marl soils. Grapes are direct-pressed and age on lees for eight months. This is a crisp and light white with some salty Mediterranean influence, snappy acidity and subtle texture. It's bright and fresh, perfect for summer drinking on its own or with seafood--oysters, sushi, ceviche, or anything of that sort would be ideal!
