The first vineyard that Clotilde ever purchased. When she bought it, the locals told her the land was a waste of time and work but Clotilde saw the western exposure and pure Kimmeridgian soils and felt it had great potential. Today, the vines are 30 years old and showcase Petit-Chablis of incredibly purity. There are beautiful nots of lemon and lime with a clean salty minerality finish. This is light, bright, and fun to drink!
