From various vineyard sites near Mautern on Loess soils. The grapes are pressed and undergo a long, slow fermentation in stainless steel. It is the same wine as Zwickl, just filtered. Notes of citrus zest, pear, and apple, with a touch of herbs at the end. The wine is medium bodied with great freshness and a slightly salty finish.
