From Various vineyard sites in Mautern on Loess soils. Picked at Federspiel quality and then spends 11 years in large woden cask before being bottled in May 2023. This wine is impressively youthful for one that spent so much time on the lees aging. It has great freshness with a lemony touch and spicey white pepper. A true stunner of a wine.
