Sourced from 15-year-old vines in the parcel ‘Les Treuils’ in the Northern area of Fixin. The soils here are clay and limestone. The wine is fermented entirely in oak then aged in 600L barrels for 12 months on the fine lees. Very limited! The wine has a beautiful flinty quality with notes of citrus fruit. The palate is rich and vibrant with fine minerality.
