"The nose of the 2020 Noëls de Montbenault offers a complex array of aromatics, with elements suggestive of dried and waxed white peach, and there is some reduction here. The palate displays a great sense of harmony, with a very complete, polished and classy poise. This supports a core of orange, pear and peach fruits, touched with tobacco, with a finely poised and integrated mineral base here as well, together with fine ribbons of acidity. A super example of this cuvée, with piles of grip, phenolic energy and acidity which persist into the finish. Stunning."
