We were charmed by this perfectly aged Cinsault from Zelige-Caravent when we tasted it almost a year ago. Super pretty nose, more elegant than one might expect from a Languedoc wine, with some grit in the mid-palate, and lovely acidity framing the red fruit and earth notes.
