Vin Blanc is back! The 2025 is majority Sauvignon Blanc from the Cher valley from friends who are long-time organic. The small percentage (around 5%) of Chardonnay is from the domaine. The profile here has bright, citrusy and tropical notes, textbook Sauvignon Blanc aromatics of lychee and gooseberry, and lip-smacking acidity. With time, the wine reveals a bit of depth and complexity, with the aromatics calming down in a pleasant way. A real treat for lovers of Sauvignon Blanc, and in short supply this year!
