Agrapart 2020 Grand Cru Avizoise Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut (Arrives 9/23)

A blend of two of the estate's oldest hillside parcels: Les Robards and La Voie D'Epernay. Both coming from 50+ year old vines.  Natural yeast fermentation in used 600L tonneuax, then aged 60-72 months sur lattes. The parcells are  located at the bottom of the hillside where there is a higher clay content, which is thought to give the wine more density & breadth. L’Avizoise is the most powerful, dense wine in the Agrapart lineup.
