Terres de Phileandre 2022 Savigny-les-Beaune

50 year old vines that are east facing on clay-limestone soils. Made in the same way as the Marsannay with 60% whole cluster fermentation. The wine is aged 13 months in 30% new barrels with the remainder being in used barrels. Finished in 3 months in tank before bottling without fining or filtration. The structure here is incredible, smooth with great silky textures. The nose hits first with rose petals and wild strawberries. Beautifully balanced with a silky texture.
