From various parcels of ancient, low yielding vines in Larouco (Valdeorras) that Nacho has been renting since 2014, this is a blend of mostly Palomino and about 10% Garnacha Tintorera. The grapes were harvested together and fermented in old anforas, then aged in a combination of chestnut and used French oak barrels. The wine is bright and juicy, but not without elegance.
