Located at the southern end of Saint-Aubin on the border of Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru. The vines were planted in 1988.
The grapes are hand harvested after pressing the juice is allowed to settle before being placed in barrels to ferment with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged in 15% new oak barrels for 15 months, followed by sitting for 3 months in stainless steel vats before bottling.
The wine is bright, lean, and has great freshness. The minerality here is incedible with a long finish and excellent mouthfeel.
