Gravillas 2024 Au Bout de Terret

"A dry white, light, original and refreshing, made with Terret Gris. We love this indigenous grape of the Langeudoc which thrives on our limestone soils on the plateau of Cazelles. It has a very contemporary feel, thanks to its lightness (12% alcohol) and radiance. To reinforce it's mineral side, it is vinified and aged in sandstone "egg" and earthenware amphora. Predominantly floral aromas with notes of iodine and sea spray. Perfect with shellfish, sole, cod and chicken with lemon" A perfect summer white!
