Located in Chassey-le-Camp this vineyard sits at 350 meters and faces due east. Fermented whole cluster with indigenous yeasts. Aged 10 months in concrete eggs tanks and 10 months in fiberglass tanks. Beautiful cherry aroma with a touch of spice and earthy tones. Really lovely lift and energy with a long fresh finish.
