A blend of about 60% Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Pinot meunier from the premier cru of Cumières. Co-pressed and vinified in 225 and 228 Liter barrels on the whole lees. Aged sur lattes under cork for 42 months, disgorged with no dosage. Only 500 bottles made.
A really pretty wine with lovely notes of red berries and florals. Theres some additional power behind this wine in comparison to the other two yet still retains such purity and softness.
