A light red from organically grown vines in the Agullana vineyard over sandy granite soils. A blend of 60% Carignan Blanc, 15% Carignan, and 25% Carignan Gris with ages ranging from 9-almost 50 years old. Hand harvested, destemmed, skin-on maceration for 5 days and then pressed.
