Gamay, with a touch of Pineau D'Aunis. The 2025 offering is totally dry, with red raspberry and tart strawberry notes. There is a subtle structure on the mid-palate - which makes this a very food friendly wine - and a super mineral finish. A great vintage for the Tue-Boeuf Rosé! -EL
