Roche Bleue NV (23/24) Jasnieres Sec

A blend of 2023 and 2024 vintages, this was a standout from an early 2026 tasting with Sebastien and Janneke from Domaine de la Roche Bleue. 2024 was a sharper and lower alcohol vintage for the Jasnières Sec, but as luck would have it, they kept several barrels of the 2023 Clos des Molières and blended this wine with the 2024 Jasnieres Sec. The result is a beautiful expression of Chenin Blanc that has great acidity and cut, but also subtle creaminess and mid-palate weight. Delicious! -EL
