The 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté from Domaine Lafouge is half barrel-fermented and half fermented in stainless steel and comes from average 60 year-old vines. This is a beautiful Aligoté with vibrant aromas of quince and granny smith, citrus, lime-flower and stone. The palate shows lovely ripeness but remains bright and crisp, with subtle white fruits and a long, mineral and refreshing finish. Perfect anytime with oysters, fish, salads or in a kir, of course.
