This is a special bottling of Erbaluce from the single vineyard of Cascina Cariola. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by aging (10% in neutral barrel) and then several months of bottle aging. The richness and acidity here is in perfect balance. White plum, white cherries, slightly waxy texture, and a chalky mineral finish with a nice burst of acidity.
