Dujardin 2022 Monthélie 'Les Trois Climats'

A blend of grapes from three vineyards, Les longenes, les sous le cellier, and les jouerres that amount to 1.83 hectares. There are clay-limestone soils with 50 year old vines. The grapes are pressed 100% de-stemmed and undergo a 18 day maceration with gentle extraction. Aged for 12 months in used oak followed by 6 months in tank before bottling. The resulting wine has beautiful red fruit and floral notes with a bright, lifted finish. A very giving wine with incredible balance.
