70 year old vines in a 1er cru located west of Champs Fulliot with limestone and clay soils. The grapes are pressed 50% whole cluster and undergo a 10 day maceration with gentle extraction. Aged for 12 months in 10% new oak followed by 6 months in tank before bottling. The 2022 is elegant with cranberry and cherry aromas balanced with a bit of earth. The finish has amazing freshness, great to drink now or age for a little.
