A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay from Gevrey, specifically the single parcel Gevrey Champ on the border of the village. Vinified in tank with no sulfur and wild yeast fermentation. Aged in a combination of foudre and tank, a small amount of sulfur is affed at bottling. The wine is juicy and bright with wonderful ripe fruit. It has lots of energy, a really fun, fresh, easy going red Burgundy.
