The Rapet Bourgogne Rouge "En Bully" is from a tiny vineyard high on the back-side of Corton, at an altitude of 350 meters on the slope facing les Hautes-Côtes on the locality named La Grande Corvée de Bully. The soil here is limestone marl with a shallow top-layer, always giving a bright and pretty style of Pinot. Vibrant notes of red cherry and pomegranate with lovely red florals and a hint of spice. This is an incredibly charming red Burgundy with lift and freshness.
