Located on a hillside overlooking the village of Savigny that was planted in 1971 and 1974 on stony soils. The wine is made 100% whole cluster with a 4-5 day cool maceration. Fermented with ambient yeast with foot punch-downs. Following fermentation it is aged for 12 months in used barrels.
