An homage to the Lienhardt harvest team, this is a delicious light red, made from organic grapes grown in the Gard (Rhone Valley). Maceration is partial carbonic for about a week, with a gentle press afterwards. Aging is for 8 months in concrete eggs. The blend is Syrah with Grenache Blanc and a small amount of Viognier, but it sort of reminds us of a good Passetoutgrain! Serve chilled. - Only 100 cases produced!
