Rapet 2022 Chorey-les-Beaune Vieilles Vignes

"Our old vines of Chorey-les-Beaune sink their roots into a marl-limestone soil and alluvium on a stony base with ferruginous nuances descended from the Côte de Savigny and Aloxe over the millennia. On the nose, small red fruits dominate (raspberries, morello cherries). It has roundness under a solid structure, delicate, enhanced by a fine tannic framework." - Domaine Rapet.  This is the softest and most forward of the Rapet reds in 2022, drinking beautifully now and over the next 5 to 8 years.
