A blend of 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Pinot Noir from the right bank of the Valle de la Marne in the village of Chatillon-sur-Marne. East facing on sandy clay topsoil over limestone. Fermented with native yeasts in 50% tank and 50% barrels of different sizes. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged 54 months sur lattes before disgorgement. 1,752 bottles made.
