Cascina delle Rose 2022 Barbaresco Tre Stelle

Tre Stelle is exclusively farmed by Riccardo and Davide Sobrino, while it was obtained by their mother, Giovanna Rizzolio in 2006, the vines were planted in 1970's. A special characteristic of Tre Stelle is the thin layer of topsoil revelaing limestone just below. The vines reach into the limestone conributing the characteristic lithe structure and stony minerality of this bottling.

Tre Stelle is aged in traditional Slavonian oak casks for 22 months and matured in the bottle for 6 months before release. No filtration or clarification and a single bottling.
