Domaine Tessier 2022 Bourgogne Cote d'Or Blanc

Located in Meursault, Arnaud and Catherine Tessier are looked upon by their neighbors as having some of the most pristine vineyards in the village. Arnaud began working the family vines with his father at the age of 14, and when his father suddenly died in 2009 he was pushed into leading the domaine at the young age of 21. Today, Arnaud and Catherine are working at the top of their game making pristine white Burgundy.  

A blend from two lieux-dits in Meursault (Les Pallans and Les Herbeuax) and one in Puligny-Motntrachet (Femelottes). The vines are at a minimum 40 years old on clay-limestone soils. The wines are fermented with indigenous yeast before being aged for 12 months in 75% barrel, 10% of which is new, and 25% stainless steel. They then age an additional 3 months in stainless steel before bottling.
