From very old vines near the top of the hill in Maranges with Northern Exposure. Vineyards were planted between 1935-1947. Aged for 9 months in 50% stainless steel and 50% 350L oak barrels and then blended for a month before bottling. Notes of white flowers with honeyed, yellow apple. This is perfectly in balance with a slightly waxy texture and bright, refrehsing acidity.
