A blend from three parcels of old vine Aligote planted in 1949, 1953, with a little in 2002. Vinified in stainless steel and then aged 18 months in Stockinger foudres. An amazing balance of freshness with tension and strong minerality. Notes of green apple and citrus zest layered with a salty finish.
