Coming from 17 different parcels of Aligote Dore in Bouzeron. Vines are 65-115 years old on clay, limestone, and marl soils. Vinified in wood foudres and then aged for 10-12 before bottling. The wine has beautiful notes of lime zest and sea breeze. It is a stunning Aligote with great brightness and a very long finish.
