This is a beautifully fresh Pet-Nat Rosé from Muscat, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris planted on deep and rich silty-granitic soil on the lower part of the hillsides. Grapes are harvested at the same time and destemmed. Maceration for 12 hours then gentle pressing. Fermentation in vats with indigenous yeasts. Bottling during fermentation, which ends in the bottle to give the effervescence. There are no added sulphites, no inputs and no filtration.
