Vini Rabasco 2024 Cancelli Vino Rosso

Like the rosato, this is 100% Montepulciano aged entirely in stainless steel, just with around 4-7 days of maceration. It is similarly fresh and lifted, with the addition of some tannic grip on the finish while retaining all the same drinkability. It's an ideal pizza or pasta wine with bright red fruit and can be chilled with great effect, although it packs enough substance to feel like a proper red wine. At 12.5% it's a versatile wine that can work with food or on its own.
