Petite Baigneuse 2019 Roussillon Juste Ciel

Maccabeu and Grenache Gris from very old vines on black schist soils of Maury, in the Roussillon, bordering Spain and the Pyrenees Mountains. There's great density and body to the wine, balanced by a mineral finish. I'm personally a big fan of Maccabeu and find wines made from this grape have really nice weight and good cut as well.  -EL
