Moric 2017 Hidden Treasures # 2 Somlo

"A blend of 40% Harslevelu, 35% Furmint & 25% Welschriesling grown in Somlo's pure basalt volcanic soils near the top of the mountain itself.  Hidden Treasure Project No. 2 is a collaboration with Tamas Kis from Somlo. The wine undergoes spontaneous/native fermentation partly in used Stockinger barrels or Hungarian oak and partly in stainless steel. Aged in large old barrels. As with all of Roland's wines, fermentation is with indigenous yeast and minimal SO2 used at bottling."
