A special, magnum-only release of the top Montlouis from Lise & Bertrand Jousset! "Version Longue"is from 5 to 100 year-old vines from 8 parcels in Montlouis with clay and silex soils over limestone. The grapes are hand-harvested into small containers, all cellar functions are by gravity, fermentations are with wild yeasts, aging is 10 months in large used barrels then an additional 24 months in vat. This special edition of the 2019 in magnums is showing beautifully - drink now or hold another 5 to 10 years.
