Gamet NV Rose Brut

85% Pinot Meunier with 15% Pinot Noir, 8% of this is a vin rouge, the base vintage is 2021 (70%) with the remainder being a blend of reserve wines dating back to 2014. Soils here are sand with clay and limestone. The wine is fermented and aged in 10% oak with the rest in stainless steel before being aged 25 months on the lees. The wine is excellent, has incredible texture and ripe red fruited notes.
