Dúzsi Tamás 2021 Kadarka

Importer note from Palinkerie Imports: Kadarka is a rare native Hungarian grape variety, grown organically by the Dúzsi family in the warm and hilly southern region of Szekszárd. The Kadarka is cultivated in traditional bush vines. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in open 500 L barrels, and aging for 12 months in used 500 L Hungarian oak. The wine is spicy, with dried forest fruits, paprika and plum, and soft tannins. Certified organic.
