This wine is made in Quiroga-Bibei (Ribera Sacra) and comes from 80 to 120 year-old vines. It is a blend of mostly Godello with some Dona Blanca and Colgadeira. 90% percent of the grapes are destemmed, pressed and left on the skins for a little time. Fermented in old barrels and raised 6 months in older 225 Liter barrels. The nose shows tons of white fruit (mostly pear) and minerality. The palate is intense with a medium acidity and a long finish. Purely delicious, rich and complex white wine.
