The 2023 Clos de Fremine is 100% Chenin Blanc, from the lieu-dit adjacent to “Clos de la Hutte” in Possonnière, the site of a former monastery. Massale selection vines planted in 2015, on sandy schist soils. Fermented with wild yeats of course, no malo, aged in 350l and 500l barrels (10% new).
