Planted in 1985 just below the hill of Corton, facing the Château de Corton on clay soils. . The wine is made 100% whole cluster with a 4-5 day cool maceration. Fermented with ambient yeast with pump-overs and foot punch-downs. Following fermentation it is aged for 12-18 months in up to 20% new oak barrels.
